As of Late....

Let's see; we've been trying to get back into a groove as of late. With the holidays, getting back to work, company, and crazy schedules..... well this is just an odd time full of resolutions and a new era! Laney gets to see 2008 and we get to celebrate this new time with her! But Laney has still been growing and is at a stage I just adore! I guess you love all of them but she's developing a little spunk in her personality; our Little Naughty. I say little when I should say fierce. She has her Dad and I wrapped around her fingers and at her beckon call. And I wouldn't change a beat....

I was trying to take a pick with her ruffled panties as she was tipping over....they are so precious!!!!

Laney finally got to meet Lindsay and loved my preschool friend! She kept giving her smiles and it was such a sweet, long overdue introduction. I have missed my Lindsay and pray that she finds the resolution she is searching for with Africa.

And as she is heading out of 3 months into 4 I thought it would be good to take some naked pictures, precious baby bottom!

Laney!!!! She smiles all the time......until she catches me or someone else yanking out the camera!! But finally....I started singing "You are my Falling Star" ( a song I've made up to make her laugh) and she just lights up. I swear they understand more than we think they can. And I just love acting silly like this with her, I wonder where I get it from :)?

And Laney met her feet this past week. I kept bringing them up to her face and saying shoo shoo! She just giggled at me and it was the most beautiful sound! I enjoy making her laugh but truly enjoy hearing it. A child's laugh is such an innocent and sweet sound. And all the other talking noises that she makes....I could communicate like this forever!
