This picture cracks me up because it matches very closely with a baby picture of mine where I have the same dazed and confused expression. 
Matthew and I had a couple of Christmas parties this last week and had such a wonderful time. I enjoy having an excuse to get dolled up in fancy dresses! We have law school prom this next Friday and I can't wait! Don't worry-not wearing a real prom dress!! It's so fun to remember..... because last law school prom we missed...we had just found out about our little one that morning!
And Laney met Santa Claus quite willingly! She is tricksy though and I know she can be naughty! He he, not really! But I love to call her my little naughty! Although, she has decided this past week not to take the bottle at daycare. I go visit her twice a day ,it's super close, and she has figured out she doesn't have to take the bottle and waits on me. The day care told us she knows her own mind, what she wants, and they wondered where she got her stubbornness from. I am guessing she might be getting a double dosage in her genes.
Getting ready to meet Santa Claus! She hated her black patent shoes! In fact, she HATES shoes, I have given up already. I bet I always did too because I still love going barefoot! This is probably why the summer is my favorite time of the year!
Hello Santa! She loved his comforting hold I think with the big belly! And her favorite Aunt Lesley came to take care of her for one of the parties and the weekend. 
Thank you My Very Own Mother for coming to meet us on Sunday and bringing me this cute penguin gear below and lots of cute winter clothes! And Lesley's jacket :)!

So cute! I can't imagine where she got her stubborness from...maybe from her Mama, the person who would never run track, no matter how fast she was or how much her best buddy MAV begged her! Still can't wait to meet that precious baby girl! Give her a kiss from us.
