Laney found herself mesmerized with awe and wonder. She gazed enchanted by the movement, color, and, I presume, the shapes of the flashing lights.
We saw Baby Jesus and the manger scene.....
"Where the Wild Things Are" set up....
and just dozens of beautiful trees with lights....
I wonder what Laney was thinking about all this time! But I think we all enjoyed this first stroll down the trail with our family.

Matthew and Laura (and Laney), your little one is beautiful! Hadn't seen her since the pics on my e-mail. Christmas truly is a time of wonder with a child in your arms. Glad I found you (through Molly's site... she's encouraged me, GRANDMOTHER) to chronicle as well! hugs, Troy/Carla
