As we sang Happy Birthday to him I noticed he looked around the room taking in every one's face. All four of his children were there and he got to meet Miss Laney. It was a very sweet memory that I am glad we all got to have.

Momma and Papa Berg! I don't know what Laney will call them.....but can't wait to find out! Paw Paw and his girls! I should have jumped in this one, I love that there are 4 generations for her on my side of the family. Paw Paw is the only grandparent I have left.

Laura, would you tell your momma Georgia that Carla says "HI". So cool to look into the eyes of your generations and see the same twinkles. These pics of Laney and her gr gr grandad are priceless!

hey girly!!! laney is growing up too fast for me. was hoping to make it down to austin this last weekend but things seem to keep coming up. my moms, mom has been sick and moved to an assisted living. but...still i have to see that precious baby girl!!! had some friends over the other day and they saw laneys announcement on refrig and they all LOVED her name...Laney Kate...they all thought that was soooo cuteeee!
Wow! I haven't blogstalked in a LOOOONG time, but I just caught up a littl on you guys. Laney is beautiful. :) You look AMAZING. Seriously. And don't worry about the running thing. You'll be back to where you were (and better!) in no time. You know, I've heard that it's pretty common for a girls time to improve after having kids--so be encouraged! Good to see everything is going well for you guys. :)
