10 years ago: Wow, how does time go by this quickly? March of my Senior Year, it's quite hard to remember. I know that typically in high school I would have been playing soccer but since we didn't make the play offs our senior year. That is still upsetting. I do know that my Senior Year was by far the easiest, and most fun, in high school yet it didn't prepare me for Texas A&M at all!

Things on my To Do List: I love this one because I do have a to do list in Matthew's Study on the white board that I see everyday. In no particular order. By the way, this is not for today but for the future.

1. TAKE THE FLIPPING GMAT! I want to get my Master's in Accounting so badly but all I want to do right now is spend time with Laney. But what will take me an ounce of time compared to the rest of my life I need to buckle down and do.
2. Master's of Accounting and C.P.A.
3. Marathon- I think I'm going for 8/3/08 in San Fran but not certain. I need to find the perfect one then the motivation.
4. North Carolina- someday I really would like a beach home and I would love for it to be on the East Coast.
5. LaLi's

As for today.....meet with Nancy, sweep allocations, contact region on Laguna Beach, clear out CAM, TAX, INS, lunch with Laney, and the rest of the day work on the #265 rec! Then tonight we are renting Michael Clayton and this weekend is open! YIPPEE! Well, except that I just shattered my cell phone into six pieces and will be looking for another one. And probably sending out that email asking for everyone's digits.

Billionaire? Well, that is easy. I would pay off Matthew's school and save for school for me. Then I would pay for Lesley's and Landon's too. Buy a house and a Range Rover. I don't know that I would do that much different, I would have options to do it sooner I suppose. And, of course, give lots to my family and bf's too! Mom- I'd buy you whatever you wanted! And I would go def go back to Australia and New Zealand. And probably Italy and Greece. Maybe buy a couple of beach homes!

Bad Habits:
1. picking lips- almost nipped this in the bud but not 100%
2. patience, patience, patience

5 jobs:

1. Whole Foods Market
2. T.A.B.C.
3. Robert Half International
4. Credit Suisse Asset Management temp in Australia
5. Cocktail waitress at the Abilene Country Club

5 things people don't know:
1. I can touch my tongue to my nose.
2. Seriously afraid of June Bugs
3. I think Diet A&W root beer is the next best thing to peanut butter!
4. I was a preemie and born in Oklahoma--Matthew holds this against me still I think!
5. Here's the best one: I was all packed up and ready to leave Dallas (after two months) one day after much heart ache with my past. I was, literally, leaving for Houston after my last day at work and two weeks notice. Then my boss called and said to me "I thought when I hired you I saw a girl that could handle adversity. I guess I was wrong." WHAT?! That is all it took for me to unpack and handle the pain instead of trying to run. I stayed and busted my rear at Robert Half after that and did very well for a single girl in Dallas. And then, probably a year or so later, I fell into a whirlwind romance with Matthew Lane. And then he ended up being the reason I left to begin the story of us in Waco, Texas. The absolute best irony in my life, thus far!
