The 4th and More

I am constantly playing catch up in blog world! Anyway, we've been fairly busy these last few weeks but have not captured much of it on film due to a fritzy camera. We went to Abilene a couple of weekends ago for Jessica Hall's wedding. Laney loved dancing! I love this pic with Lel! Laney was coming to get me to tell me to dance! Silly little girl can move! For the 4th, Lesley and Landon headed down to SA and we had a laid back weekend. We went to first Friday and left Laney with our nanny; Amaris. She brought over her new puppy that kept Laney quite entertained!

Yummy frozen drinks!

We set up a pool; as in Landon and Andy, for Laney to play in on Saturday and then we spent Saturday evening cooking out and then going to watch the fireworks; like most American families. It ended up we could see some right from our back yard! We will know for next year, as we fought traffic to get to a spot we knew about.
