Laney always talks about Santa these days. She says things like "he is always watching" and "he knows if I'm good." Yes, the disciplining in December always seems to sink in a little more with "you better watch out" because you know who keeps track of being naughty or nice.....

Anyway, the expectation of seeing Santa Clause, in my mind, was Laney being giddy and eager to spill her "wish list" and Landry being frightened with her first encounter. However, actually seeing Santa, and sitting in his lap, to my Laney, was not the same as talking about him when his presence isn't physically visible. On the other hand, Landry looked up and just stared at him. She also tuned in on her big sister's reaction.
The girl's were coy and quiet visiting with Mr. Clause. Although there might have been a whisper about wanting a "pink kitty" from Laney.
Once we got past seeing Santa, we grabbed some food and headed up to the conference room with the Santoyo's. Laney was back to her usual self and Landry loves the entertainment from her big sister!
