Nothing Profound

I have perused other blogs and it appears that much more interesting things are going on in other peoples lives' this week. But this is what has been going on in the Crowell Household.....LKC is going through the don't put me down stage or I will start crying. I'm a sucker though and love to pick her back up or peer over the crib to make her stop! I don't get her enough and that is my excuse!

Matthew is in the home stretch of finals and trying to get over what we think is pneumonia. But, in spite of the yuckyness, he got to spend time with James and the golf course over the weekend .

Laney has her first tooth coming in! It's on the bottom and an itty white bump you can barely feel and see. I think she was trying to show it off for this pic! And RSV is about gone! Along with the snarfly nose and congestion too! The oral stage is in full swing and everything goes directly into her mouth!

My Momma left after training Laney to laugh at her on cue, she just keeps Laney in stitches. Laney will just stare at my mother to see what she is going to do next, it was pretty funny until my Mom left. Then she just wanted us to entertain her and I am just not that good.

Laney enjoys playing with her new turtle and I believe it has something to do with the mirror on the belly! Can you say "vanity" precious?

Laura and Lindsay were on KVUE Austin (before eating at Huts!) stating their profound opinions on obesity on Fat Tuesday!

I am struggling with trying to study for the GMAT and find the motivation to run that marathon again. Any suggestions as to where in the next 4 months bloggers? I've scoped out Marathon schedules but just can't seem to nail one down that excites me. Why does it feel like I really have two jobs and no me time?

I need to buy a new vacuum cleaner, ours is on the fritz. Suggestions in this arena?

The most exciting thing this week will be LOST tomorrow night, this I know.

Laney is really silly and has this high pitched screech lately to get our attention. It's hilarious and obnoxious at the same time. And then right as she gets into the throws of it she decides it's time to go to sleep. This little girl cracks me up.

Busy rolling over and frustrated she can't crawl. I am getting anxious about her being on the go. If she is anything like me she won't be able to sit still for long!
I just love baby rolls, why are they so cute on infants but not adults?! Enough for now...... she is just so precious to my heart that I want to put her in my pocket; runny nose and all!
