We had Baron's Ball to get back for on Saturday night. Next year I am following Courtney's lead--hair, make up, and wedding dress!
Anyway, there was a major goal to our trip. Well, M and I had to clean out our storage unit (post coming nightmare) and we had a nice relaxing visit Friday evening. I met my Momma their from my drive in from Austin.
The moon the night before the "Super Moon!" I love the moon and I love #4. And I find it interesting that in the book of Genesis God made the moon on the 4th day. Some things just make sense.
The girls and B playing with a toy on the front porch. At dusk is my absolute favorite time in the hill country. It's just peaceful and still with faint noises in the background. Sometimes I wonder why we choose the city life. Well, I know why but it just seems like life is best when it's simple.
Paw Paw and the girls' riding in the mule. Let me explain how upset Laney gets if Paw Paw gets in the mule without her. Wherever she is in the house, if she hears it start up she begins running outside. She has begun crying before thinking he was leaving her because she loves to ride in it so much. Landry has started her love of the mule also. As Paw Paw and Laney were taking off Landry begins running over. I grabbed her and handed her to Paw Paw, as you can see below. These girls truly love their home away from home.
