Easter Morning

We woke up Easter Morning bright and early for the service at Christ Lutheran to celebrate the resurrection of our Savior. I must admit, making it through a sermon with two small children, and no child care option other than Andy at the rows end to flirt with Laney, is hard. I don't usually remember a single much thing from the sermon except what my children were doing and how there behaviour would rate in comparison to other misbehaving children. Although everyone will tell you that they did so good--I never know if that is true. This is terrible to admit but it's out "there" and the simple truth.

I know in my heart why we celebrate Easter and this is the most important take away.

Anyway, I loved the Easter dresses this year that Laney and Landry sported. Adorable Mickey! The weather was quite windy and the little petticoat underneath was preciously blown.
Here are my pride and joy girlie's. I still can't seem to capture a picture of the two of them looking at the camera at the same time. I remember the same thing last year--does it get easier?!

 Handsome couple that looks like they stepped out of J Crew--geesh. It makes me laugh when I look at the four of us and how disheveled we are in this picture and generally. Landry's thumb is in the mouth, Laney is acting like a princess, M hates taking pictures for any reason, and I'm squinting at the sun with what I know must be grass stains on my white pants somewhere. Living the Dream.

My adorable and beautiful baby sister that is a wonderful Momma to my children too. I don't know the love to be an Aunt but I do know that I can't hardly wait for it!

 Thank you Landry for being the obedient child and looking at the huge camera. Laney we need to work on this.
