Our first home.

We closed on our first home on Friday, March 18th at 9:30 am in the morning! What a process this has been. Still, we are pleased with the house and the way our story has played out. I think we're going to like it here.

Here we are at the Title Company getting the keys. Well, sort of. We kind of already had them since we've been in and out of the house for over a month. Lots of signing though. And reading from our fellow attorney.

Ellen, our realtor, a friend, workout buddy, and someone that can finish my sentence. I don't know where we'd be without her.

The afternoon wasn't how I had imagined closing on a home. But when is life how we imagine?  I attended the funeral for precious Melanie Rothwell and spent the day celebrating her short, sweet life.
