Leyton is a month old and really bright eyed and bushy tailed. She is taking everything in from watching her sisters, her crazy Daddy and football, and lights outside and around her. I think I'm still the milk lady to her. I'll be whatever she wants, she is precious.
She has been doing tummy time and I've noticed she likes to grab my hand and onto my shirt. Her eyes sparkle too.
We took her to the doctor because she's been colicky. And she weighed 10 lbs 10 oz just a couple days shy of a month!
Sweet sleeping beauty!!!
The kids came to visit us in SA this weekend and met Leyton.
Pj's, glasses, day old makeup and tired, tired, tired. But happy and thankful for this sweet new life.
Gig Em! She's going to be a football watching baby for sure!
Twinsies.
Linley and Leyton are going to be so close in age and the best of friends and cousins!
Me and Linley Charm!
Landon and Lauren meeting babiest girl!
Here we were waiting on the kids to arrive....just hanging out taking selfies!
Leyton turning four weeks/one month old pics......
Good Morning Leyton! She's always happiest in the morning hours. And the purple elephant. This stuffed animal has a story, as they all do. We went to Target one day during my lengthy and everlasting pregnancy and were perousing baby items. Landry fixated on this purple elephant for the baby. Landry was always convinced that we were having a girl. However, I did not want to purchase it as I was not. So, we get to the check out at Target and Landry throws a fit for this purple stuffed animal elephant. We had to go back, we didn't have to I guess, and I purchased this purple elephant for a baby girl I did not believe I was having. Sure enough, my number two was right! And I'm so glad for this purple elephant that Landry got Leyton. Mostly, I'm glad that Landry was right!
Here are the one month old pictures that we took of Miss Leyton.
Blondie! We were taking pictures one day to capture her silhoutte. My 3 1/2 year old is still my baby girl. She always will be too.
