What a wonderful time Andrea, Jenny, Kristen and I had in NYC! Well, except for the plane flight that almost killed Jenny and me by fish tailing in the air and just being so flipping small you'd think we were just flying to Waco. I think I might travel by boat or car for a while. I just get too motion sick flying! And it was 5 below with the windchill. But Andrea and I had the coolest hats with a ball on top. I was so embarrassed but at that point my ears didn't really care. Some New Yorkers said it was the coldest it had been in a couple of years. Friday was spent on Canal spending money, drinking hot chocolate, being silly, riding the Subway, and of course eating nonstop!
We went to Wicked Saturday night and I just love Elpheba. It was very different from the book and I was actually relieved it wasn't that dark. All I listen to now is the cd. Poor Matthew.
Dinner before at Cite was amazing! You could get all you can drink wine and a meal.....I don't even know where you can do that here in Texas! The green beans, steak, and red velvet cake I had were yummy! The picture has sooo many more glasses than I thought! Lushes....
And the Whiskey bar late night was fun too. Andrea and Kristen really got their groove on but I don't have any pics!
But New York might be a little too dirty, clastrophobic, and hectic for me to go back anytime soon. I forgot how disgusting all the bathrooms were and that you have to pay to use them in McD's and Burger King. Plus I love relaxing on the beach and the sunshine way too much. Next year girls we can all go somewhere tropical too!
And Matthew and I have been married for six months! I can't believe it has gone by so fast and it's true.......it just gets sweeter and sweeter. He has had finals this week and stays up until 3 or 4 a.m. studying! I wish I could be that dedicated to my goals!
I am looking forward to this weekend and seeing the Crowell's, visiting with my sister, and going to College Station to see Crick and Nick. I promise I will try to be better about posting but with this new job I am having a hard time doing much of anything here lately. Love and miss you all!

I went to NYC in May. It was THE PERFECT time of year to go. I went to Sarah JOnes..I mean Thornton. ;) I shopped on the canal way to much! I'm sure you brought back some fake purses huh! :)
I loved NYC!!! Next time we will hit the beach by boat :) Can't wait to see you again in a couple of weeks.
NYC Is one of my favorite places in the world...Matt and I honeymooned there! We want to go back at Christmastime SOOO bad! Maybe we'll go next year and take the little man!! We'll see! Glad y'all had a good time!

I'm so glad you had fun! I think I'm opposite of you...I could live in NYC, but I get sick of the beach after a few days. Don't worry...I've made my hubbie suffer through countless hours of the Wicked CD too! :)
