And thank you Lesley for coming to see me and Laney! I know it was hard for you to get away with your tests and school and lack of sleep but I am so glad you are my sister! Laney is going to love you!

The shower was just amazing and I am so thankful. There were so many people and presents and precious girlie stuff. I loved all the pink, green, and yellow decor! I And the sweet notes everyone wrote in Laney's little book will always be treasured by me and someday by her. Here are some of the decor pictures:
One of my favorite gifts was the pink soccer ball and shinguards from my Dad. At first I was dumbfounded looking at the tiny shinguards thinking it was a contraption that I had no idea how to use. Then once I realized they were for a little girl I started crying of course. One of the first thoughts I had when I found out I was having a baby girl was of a long ponytail and soccer fields. We shall see....And the soccer mom shirt is awesome! I loved that!
And little running shoes and sunglasses for when we go jogging together below! I can't wait to do a marathon and have her waiting at the finish line for me! Now I think, it was worth it to be able to have her waiting for me. I'll just have to start the training all over again once she is here....
I had sooooo many favorites for Laney.......here are the soccer girls and the precious shirt Andrea McMinn got me. I can't wait for her to wear it! 
And I think we know where we will probably try to persuade her to go to school since Mathew and I are both Aggies.....we got lots of Aggie stuff :). 
Thank you Jenny for the precious rain coat and boots! Oh my gosh they are adorable! 
Cooper Cougars! I can't believe our high school reunion next summer and look at us! I wonder who will be pregnant this time next year :).

Matthew and I were just a little overwhelmed with all the pink and baby stuff! We love everything we got for Laney and are truly blessed for the friendships and love that we have already received for her!

Hey girl! I was so sad I couldn't make it. I had been in Mexico all week on a youth mission trip. We got home the night before around 9. I was exhausted! We all got a little sick as well while we were on the trip. I thought it best not to infect everyone. Hopefully I will see you before Laney is born. What are her room colors?
I hated that I missed the fun shower! We had already invited Ryan's parents down for Father's Day weekend...and that 6 and a half hour drive from Sugar Land is just insane. I love the pictures and I'm so glad that so many people from the old gang were there. You look precious, and I can't wait to see your little Laney!! Love ya! :)
What a sweet shower...and how precious do you look!!!!! I love your baby bump and am so sad that I missed your shower. We had the Broyles Family Reunion and I was sick that I wan't able to celebrate with you! Know that my mom and I were thinking about you and wishing we could give you and Laney a big hug!
