This soccer season coaching Landry's little team, the Lightning Bursts, with Mary Barker was an absolute blast! These sweet children were energetic and eager to learn the rules of my favorite game to play, and now to coach it. And with our one year olds in tow with us at practice and games it made for an interesting season full of juggling and baby chasing. I don't know what we were thinking taking on this feat but I loved every minute of it.
Landry started the season shy and apprehensive. By the end she was brave and a force on the field. My blue eyed treasure.
