"Atks"

For about a month now Laney has been saying lots of new words that we haven't found the meaning for. But it was driving me crazy with pointing and "atks, atks, atks". Now, we think we know what Laney is saying when she says "atks". She points to the door and says it.

And it's over and over again. Our conclusion:

OUTSIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Laney loves going "atks" and talking about it!

She loves playing on the playground and getting outdoors. What a climber she has become. Not only indoors. And she is so funny going down the slide, she tries to stand up! But she is fearless. Notice her nose in these pictures, she fell off the playground at daycare. I was told she was pretty brave about it. But it broke my heart and a few days later she picked off her scab. I don't know why I am continually surprised. And going back inside is not a happy time with Lanes. She does not want to be held or to get back into the stroller. She wants to play until the sun goes down.
